Poco F7 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Poco F7 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 7550mAh non-removable battery. The Poco F7 5G supports 90W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Poco F7 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera, and an 8-megapixel (ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 20-megapixel sensor.

The Poco F7 5G runs HyperOS 2.0 is based on Android 15 and packs 256GB, 512GB of inbuilt storage. The Poco F7 5G is a dual-SIM mobile. It was launched in Cyber Silver Edition, Frost White, and Phantom Black colours. It features an IP69 rating for dust and water protection.
